About Fall Friendsy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE PROCEEDING

Before you register, there are just a few things we want to draw your attention to:

Ticketing & Door Prizes

  • Vendor registration cost is $40 per lady PLUS at least one (1) door prize.
  • Door prizes should be from goods or services being offered at the vendor's table during the conference. These door prizes may be used to help promote your goods or services.
  • Tickets (eTickets or printed) will be required for entry again this year. Wix will automatically email your tickets to the email you provide at registration. Failure to present your tickets at check-in will significantly slow your check-in experience.
  • All Vendors are subject to approval by conference leadership. Registration and payment does not guarantee entry. Registration should be viewed as an application. If a vendor is not approved, payment will be refunded.

Vendor Assistants

  • Vendor assistants are required to register and pay full registration price ($50).
  • Vendors are limited to one (1) vendor assistant.
  • The vendor assistant's name should be communicated to conference leadership prior to the conference.

Vendor Tables

  • Vendors are limited to one (1) 6' table unless otherwise approved by leadership prior to the conference.
  • Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables, but tables may be provided for you at vendor's expense ($10).
  • If providing your own table, table should not exceed standard 6' folding table size (72"x30").

Vendor Guidelines & Additional Information

  • Please plan to come and setup your table in the afternoon on Friday (10/13). All vendor tables should be setup and vendors in place at their table by door opening at 5:30p on Friday.
  • Vendors should plan to attend both days of the conference and be set up through the entirety of the event.
  • Vendors must refrain from conducting business while sessions are in progress. 
  • Registration is not complete until payment is received.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Vendors are welcome to participate in the conference as a regular attendee.
  • Pre-registration for breakout sessions will be made available. Please see the SESSIONS page. Priority for breakout session registration is given in order of conference registration.
  • We would kindly ask that infants and children not accompany you as we are unable to accommodate children at our conference.
