To say 2020 has been a different kind of year would be an understatement. We recognize that this year's Fall Friendsy conference will bring with it a new set of challenges due to COVID-19. Please know that we are doing all that is within our power to make this year's conference safe, a blessing, and a success.
Please take the time to review the following changes that are being made to this year's conference. There will be some changes, both big and small, that we believe will be necessary to the success of this year's conference.
It is recommended that you bring and wear a mask as you move about indoors at Fall Friendsy. We understand that there are many different positions, thoughts, and view points concerning the current pandemic, and we ask that you respect others by helping us in this manner.
Necessary cleaning and sanitization measures will take place on a regular basis throughout the course of the conference. CDC-approved cleaning agents will be utilized.
Those serving food will be masked and gloved per food service guidelines.
Check-in and breakout session registration will be changed in an effort to eliminate lines, crowds, and congestion.
Seating will be assigned so that churches can social distance.
We ask that those who attend help us in social distancing in consideration of health and safety measures, however, given our facilities and the nature of our conference, there is a very real possibility that you may, for brief periods of time, be a little bit closer to others than you might prefer (e.g. passing in the hallways). While we want everyone to feel safe, comfortable, and welcome at Fall Friendsy, it is up to you to determine if attendance at this year's conference is in your best interest given the information at hand and the measures in place.
